Mrs. Kiara Samuels is a Licensed Mental Health Professional, a Licensed Chemical Dependency Professional, and a Licensed Master Social Worker. She is also a National Board-Certified Counselor and holds certification as a Youth Mental Health First Aid (YMHFA) trainer. Kiara serves as the program manager at Duffy's Hope Inc., collaborating closely with schools and community centers to foster healthy decision-making skills and equip youth with tools for optimal outcomes.

Her passion for empowering youth is evident through her role as an exemplary role model and her dedication to initiatives such as Inspire to be Inspired, a supportive group she founded for young women.
